Why is there a setup fee?
Because Aegis Ops is configured around your process. The setup covers workflow mapping, configuration, starter data, testing and onboarding.
Common questions.
Most Workflow Rescue setups complete in 2–4 weeks from sign-off. Operations Platform builds take 4–8 weeks depending on the number of workflows. Bespoke projects are scoped individually. We will give you a timeline before any work starts.
Yes. Your data is yours. We can export cases, form submissions, CRM records and notes to CSV or JSON on request, at any time. There is no lock-in and no fee for a data export.
No. The monthly platform fee is rolling with 30 days' notice to cancel. Most clients stay because the platform becomes embedded in their workflow — not because they are contractually tied in.
Aegis Ops sends email notifications out of the box and supports webhook triggers for connecting to tools like Slack, Zapier or your own systems. Deeper API integrations are available on the Bespoke tier. We can discuss specific requirements during the Workflow Review.
Aegis Ops is hosted on UK infrastructure. All data stays within the UK. The platform is designed with GDPR data-minimisation principles in mind — users only see the data they need, and access is controlled by role and case assignment.
